Chairman of Happy Science University
WATANABE Kazuya
渡邉 和哉
Born in Tokyo in 1957, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Tokyo Metropolitan University. After working at a major securities company, he joined Happy Science in 1994. He has held various positions, including Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Manager of the Secretariat, Director of the Activity Promotion Department, Director of the Tokyo Guidance and Training Department, Director of the Finance Department, and Director of the Shoshin Activity Promotion Department.
He currently serves as Chairman of Happy Science Educational Academy and Chairman of Happy Science University (HSU).
His publications include Management with Aspiration, and he has edited General Theory of Management Success II (Vol. 1) (HSU Textbook 15) and General Theory of Management Success II (Vol. 2) (HSU Textbook 16). He also supervised HSU: Its Limitless Potential.

Principal of Happy Science University
KUKI Hajime
九鬼 一
Born in Tokyo in 1962, he graduated from the School of Law at Waseda University. After working at a major oil company, he joined Happy Science in 1993. He has held various positions, including Director of the Guidance and Training Department and President of Happy Science Publishing Co., Ltd.
In February 2012, he became Chairman of the Board of Directors of Happy Science Educational Academy, and in November 2013, he was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Happy Science Educational Academy, where he was responsible for the university establishment project. He has served as Principal of Happy Science University (HSU) since April 2015.
His publications and edited works include A New University and Mission Management, The Role of Faith in University Education, General Theory of Management Success I (Vol. 1) (HSU Textbook 11), and General Theory of Management Success I (Vol. 2) (HSU Textbook 13).
